Oh I forgot to delete them. I am not the author of the maps. All I did was changing info_player_terorist to info_player_axis and changing the sky from a css to a dods one.
The files you meantioned are navigation files for the css bots. So feel free to ignore or delet them. They are not needed for running the maps with dods.
