here is a complete list what you have to do that your server is up and running:

1: update your server to the latest game.exe (version 4190 april 30 2010)
type "version" in HLSW to see

2: update Metamod 1.9 to latest version: http://www.sourcemm.net/mmsdrop/1.9/
type "meta version" in HLSW to see

3: update sourcemod to 1.3.2dev2955: http://www.sourcemod.net/snapshots.php
type "sm version" in HLSW to see

4: update sdkhooks to latest version: http://code.google.com/p/tsunami-produc ... loads/list (sdkhooks13-obv-sm13.zip)

if your server is not listet in gameserverbrowser add this to your server.cfg


HLSW FIX for showing all plugins: write that in server cfg!
